    Sign up for freelancing sites like Elance or Guru, etc. Propose certain projects and see if you can get on board with someone who needs help with that specific job that is something you are qualified for. If the exchange of money is happening already then it less likely to be a scam because there's neither party being taken advantage of at this point- both are just agreeing to trade skills. Also have the creativeness to think about what sort of things people need but might not necessarily know they need yet- go out there and forge your own path! Good luck!
