    Our workforce will change as more people choose to freelance. People who are self-employed may feel isolated, so they could use freelancing working groups that connect them with other independent professionals to network and support one another. One of the best arguments for freelancing is that it allows diverse workforces - if someone is denied a job on the basis of gender, sexual orientation or religion, freelancing lets them show their skills in ways that they otherwise might not have been able to. Freelancers often work together on projects, giving them access to additional talent they couldn't always attract as an employee of a single company!
