Answer. There are definitely a few tools and techniques I use to stay organized while freelancing. First and foremost, I keep a very detailed calendar of all my commitments and deadlines. This helps me make sure that I'm always on track and prevents me from double-booking myself or forgetting about important tasks. Additionally, I try to break down larger projects into smaller, more manageable chunks so that I can better focus on each task at hand. Finally, I make use of various to-do list applications (like Any.do and Wunderlist) to keep track of day-to-day tasks and chores. By staying organized and keeping on top of things, I'm able to work more efficiently and avoid any stressful situations!

Yes! One of the most helpful tools for me is a simple weekly planner. Every Sunday, I take a few minutes to plan out my week ahead. This includes writing down any deadlines that I need to be aware of, scheduling any meetings or appointments, and penciling in time for any important tasks that need to get done. I also like to use Pivotal Tracker for project management. It helps me keep track of what stage each project is at, who is responsible for each task, and when tasks are due. This helps me avoid overlap and ensures that all projects are moving forward as planned. Another great tool for staying organized is RescueTime.
