    I believe that the answer to this question is straightforward. You can think of it as business plus marketing plus accounting plus negotiation. The challenges are formidable, but there are also many ways in which organizations do business made possible by technology - for instance selling locally produced coffee through a mobile application instead of on a website - that made doing your job easier.
